Richard Buffum
General Counsel
RICHARD BUFFUM received his B.A. in 2002 from the University of Southern California with a concentration on radio and TV broadcast journalism. He then received his J.D. in 2005 from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
After graduating from McGeorge, Richard began an internship with Tollner, Moon & Steinberg in 2004. During that time, he has learned important negotiation, research and administrative skills that build upon his background of sports knowledge. He was quickly promoted to serve as executive assistant to Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon. In July 2006, Richard was hired as General Counsel for Rep 1 Sports, to assist in the firm's research of contracts and other legal matters.
Richard resides in Irvine, California, where he is sure to never miss a game of a REP 1 client.
